2. Malfunction Analysis and Cause:

Based on the malfunction phenomenon, it is first suspected that the software authorization has expired, causing this function to fail. By pressing the menu button to Enter the system information to check whether the software authorization has expired, it was found that the software authorization was normal and had not expired. However, during the software check, it was found that the system hard disk storage was full. A hard drive was then used to copy the data from the machine, freeing up system hard disk storage space. After copying the data, the machine was restarted, and the Navigator function was found to be normal, and the malfunction disappeared. Therefore, it can be determined that the cause was the full system hard disk storage space.

Perform software maintenance and clean up system hard disk storage space.
