If there are some temporarily unsolvable malfunction, according to customer’s request, we provide spare machine replacement service, after good maintenance and change the spare machine back;
3、If the problem still exists within warranty time, we’ll replace the similiar parts for free.
Improper use, human factors, irresistible force (fire, earthquake, typhoon, etc.), or damage caused by personal repair, we do not bear parts replacement charges and return shipping costs;
4、Provide life-long service for all products outside warranty time, we collect appropriate service fee according to the service properties and category.
