(1) Observe the external tube for any damage or destruction; aging and wear of the outer skin were found.

(2) Observe whether the illumination fiber is damaged; no obvious damage was found.

(3) Check whether the clarity of the endoscope image, field of view, etc., are normal; vertical lines were found in the displayed image.

(4) After disassembling the internal components, a faulty and burnt-out CCD component was found.

3. Malfunction Determination:

Long-term use resulted in aging and wear of the outer skin. The internal CCD component is faulty and burnt out.

4. Malfunction Handling:

Overhaul, replace the CCD component; replace the outer skin.
