I. Malfunction

The machine freezes and becomes inoperable during use, and cannot be shut down normally.

II. Fault Analysis

The machine freezes during use. The most likely causes are suspected to be:

1. RM module malfunction causing backend freeze.

2. Machine internal temperature is too high causing freeze.

After communicating with the customer, it was learned that the machine has not been maintained for a long time. This leads to the suspicion that excessive dust inside the machine is blocking the heat dissipation vents.

III. Troubleshooting:

The machine was disassembled as shown in the figure below. A hair dryer and brush were used for cleaning, system maintenance was performed, and the machine was reassembled and tested. The malfunction was eliminated. After a day of aging use, the machine did not exhibit this type of malfunction again.
