I. Joining Rensheng
1) Employment Requirements: New employees must complete the applicant registration form, present all original valid documents for verification, and submit copies of their graduation certificate, qualification certificate, ID card, and physical examination certificate, along with five one-inch photos, to complete the registration procedures. New employees must ensure that all documents and materials submitted to the company are genuine and valid; otherwise, the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time and pursue relevant legal liabilities;
2) Training: Rensheng Company will provide on-the-job training for new employees, including training on company history, organizational structure, Culture, work systems, and performance systems; different training courses will be arranged according to different positions;
3) Contract Signing: Upon successful completion of the probationary period, Rensheng Company will sign a formal Employment Contract with the new employee, with the contract term calculated from the probationary date;
4) Working Hours: Rensheng Company follows the national holiday rest system and implements a five-day work week. The daily working hours are: Morning: 8:30-12:00 Afternoon: 14:00-17:30;
5) Salary Payment: Rensheng Company pays employee salaries through a designated bank. After completing the employment procedures, new employees must submit a copy of their bank card from the designated bank to the company's administrative department;
6) Insurance Processing: Rensheng Company pays various insurances for its employees. New employees who have previously paid insurance (pension, medical insurance, accident insurance, maternity insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.) should submit their insurance book and insurance number to the administrative department. Employees from other places who need to transfer insurance or have not previously processed insurance should notify the administrative department in advance, prepare the relevant materials, and cooperate with the administrative department to handle the procedures;
7) Work Email: Rensheng Company employees uniformly use corporate email for work. New employees' work emails will be uniformly assigned by the company's administrative department;
8) Work Address: Rensheng Company headquarters is currently located in Tianhe Wisdom City, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Except for personnel in overseas offices or branch offices, all other personnel work here.
II. Joining Rensheng
1. Joining Conditions
1) Possessing entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire for success and career aspirations, and a good Brand management awareness;
2) Being a natural person or corporate legal person with the ability to independently assume civil liability;
3) Having a good social and commercial reputation, certain business management capabilities, and work experience;
4) While developing the market, being able to promptly feedback market information to our company;
5) Providing timely pre-sales, in-sales, and After-sale Service to users and actively cooperating with our company's promotional activities;
6) After signing the contract, paying the payment on time and completing the sales targets required by our company according to different levels.
2. Agency Rights
1) Enjoying qualified products and preferential agency supply Prices provided by our company;
2) Enjoying technical training and promotional planning support provided by our company, and enjoying our company's rebate policy;
3) For key clients or large projects, our company will provide special support to assist agents and distributors in closing deals;
4) Our company promises not to directly conduct business with clients within the agency/distribution area of agents/distributors. If there are any clients who directly contact our company, we will transfer the clients to the agent/distributor responsible for that area;
5) Upon expiration of the agency term, having priority to renew the agency rights;
6) Under equal conditions, franchisees have priority to upgrade to a higher-level regional agency;
7) Agents of different levels enjoy different Price treatments.
3. Market Regulations
1) Strictly conducting business within the regional scope and not selling across regions without the permission of our company.
2) Strictly implementing the market Price system range formulated by our company.
3) Our company does not directly supply goods to lower-level agents/distributors under the agents. The upper-level agents supply goods to the lower-level agents/distributors and regulate their business operations.
4) Agents and distributors supervise each other. If any violations are found, contact our company immediately. After verification, we will immediately terminate cooperation with the violator and impose corresponding penalties.
