Service commitment

 

1. Provide various levels of technical support services, including telephone, online, and on-site support, for all products, accessories, and maintenance services offered by our company, as per customer needs;

2. Respond to repair requests within 2 hours; for faults that cannot be immediately resolved, provide a replacement machine as needed, swapping back once the faulty machine is repaired;
3. Provide free warranty repairs or replacements for products or repair quality issues that arise during the warranty period. Our company does not bear the cost of parts replacement or return shipping for damage caused by abnormal use, human factors, force majeure (fires, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.), or unauthorized repairs;
4. Provide lifetime service for all products outside of the warranty period, with appropriate service fees charged based on the nature and type of service.
