(1)  Handle with care

Ultrasonic transducers must be handled with care during use to avoid impacts that could damage the internal chips. When the probe is not in use, the probe connecting wires should not be bent or knotted.

(2) Probe Plugging and Unplugging
When replacing ultrasonic transducers in daily applications, always turn off the host power. If the host is not powered off and not frozen, directly plugging and unplugging the probe may cause damage to the internal circuit board and crystals due to a momentary surge of current. It will also accelerate the oxidation of the probe connector pins, directly affecting the normal use of the probe.
(3) Probe Cleaning and Disinfection

Avoid contact between the probe socket and disinfectants. If the probe socket is contaminated with cleaning agents and disinfectants, it will directly corrode and accelerate the oxidation of the probe socket pins. In short, the maintenance and upkeep of ultrasonic transducers are important tasks in the actual maintenance process of medical equipment, because the effective accuracy of ultrasonic transducers directly affects the efficiency of ultrasonic examinations.
