Ultrasonic straight probes are divided into single-crystal longitudinal wave straight probes and double-crystal longitudinal wave straight probes. Ultrasonic double-crystal probes are further divided into ordinary probes, high-frequency narrow-pulse probes, and composite-chip double-crystal probes. Although they are all double-crystal probes, their Applications differ.

 Ultrasonic straight probes are longitudinal wave probes, divided into longitudinal wave straight probes, soft membrane straight probes, and hard membrane straight probes. They all have an ultrasonic transducer that is responsible for both transmitting and receiving. Ordinary straight probes are more commonly used in ultrasonic flaw detection. Straight probes are also divided into ordinary probes and high-frequency narrow-pulse probes. Each has its own advantages, and the choice depends on the specific application.
