1. Malfunction Phenomenon:

Blurry image, occasional snow spots, and flickering interference.

2. Malfunction Detection:
Observe whether the external tube is damaged or destroyed, whether the insertion tube is aging, and whether the rubber is aged and yellowed. Check for water ingress at the edge of the light guide glass, and check for severe wear on the suction seat.

3. Malfunction Judgment and Analysis:

The insertion tube and rubber are severely aged and yellowed, resulting in snow in the image and flickering interference. Long-term use has caused the internal angle wire of the insertion tube to extend and age, resulting in insufficient angle. The angle wire is unhooked and rusted; residual tissue protein on the surface of the insertion tube is dehydrated and adhered to the outer skin during disinfection, and accumulates over time to form crystals, causing the outer skin of the insertion tube and other components to become yellow, rough, and aged. Water ingress at the edge of the light guide glass and wear on the suction seat.

4. Malfunction Handling:
Overhaul, replace the insertion tube, wire mesh, suction seat, connector, rubber, etc. After replacement, the malfunction was eliminated.
