1. Malfunction Phenomenon:Abnormal image, blurry, dark block on the left side. (1) Observe the outside of the transducer for any damage. Inspection revealed that the exterior was intact and undamaged.(2) Instrumental detection revealed that transducer elements 1 to 30 were missing, and other elements were generally weak, only 150pf. The transducer is faulty and should be replaced.3. Fault Determination and Analysis:
Inspection revealed that long-term use has caused serious damage to the transducer, resulting in incomplete image display and a dark block on the left side. It is recommended to replace the transducer.
Intermediate repair, replace the transducer and test the machine, fault eliminated.6. Probe Maintenance Tips
(1) Ultrasonic probes are expensive components. During use, they must be handled with care and must not be impacted. During transportation and storage, the original manufacturer's probe packaging box or a soft cloth should be used to wrap the probe.(2) When installing and removing the probe, the main power of the machine should be turned off first, and then carefully operated.(3) Avoid contact with organic solvents, otherwise the probe may crack and be damaged due to contact with organic solvents, but alcohol-based organic solvents can be used. Remember not to use acetone for wiping.(4) Protect the lens surface. Once the lens surface is damaged, the coupling agent is easily to enter the probe, damaging the piezoelectric chip. Therefore, sharp objects are not allowed to pierce the lens surface during use.
(5) Non-corrosive coupling agents should be used. The ultrasonic coupling agent used has no irritating effect on the skin and is non-oily, because many probe acoustic lenses are easily corroded and damaged by oily substances.
