(1) Observe the outer tube for damage or destruction; the outer skin is found to be yellowed.
(2) Observe whether the illumination fiber is damaged; no obvious damage.
(3) Check whether the clarity of the endoscope image, field of view, etc., are normal; insufficient angle is found.
(4) Inspect the internal rod lens with a magnifying glass; no obvious damage.
(5) Check the fiber optic interface; no rust, check the light cone; clean and free of wear.
3. Fault Analysis and Causes:
Long-term use has caused the internal angle wire of the insertion tube to extend and age, resulting in an insufficient angle.Angle wire unhooking, rust;Tissue protein residue on the surface of the insertion tube is dehydrated and adhered to the outer skin during disinfection, and accumulates over time to form crystals, causing the outer skin of the insertion tube to become yellow, rough,aging, and wear.
