3. Fault Detection:

The first step is to check the appearance and find that the probe cable is damaged.

The second step is electrical performance testing. Using the equipment to check the overall capacitance of the probe, it is found that the array element capacitance is inconsistent, and most of them are weak.

The third step is to disassemble the probe structure. The sound head is cracked, the internal oil sac is damaged, the four-dimensional structure is corroded, and the probe is severely damaged overall.

The fourth step is to check on the machine and view the actual image. The image is incomplete and has dark channels.

Severe damage to the sound head component leads to image loss and dark channels.

5. Repair Process:
