1. Failure Phenomenon:
The biopsy channel was not smooth and leaked air during equipment use.

The curved part of the biopsy channel was twisted and perforated; the outer sheath was aging and dull.

Intermediate repair, replace the biopsy channel; replace the outer sheath, perform water and air leakage test, the fault disappeared.

Adverse conditions that can be found by the endoscope operator:
(1) Air insufflation, water irrigation, water injection, suction are not smooth.
(2) Bending angle is too tight, loose, insufficient angle, biopsy channel is not smooth, elevator is too tight or the angle is insufficient, etc.
(3) Insufficient image brightness (insufficient light transmission of the light guide), sometimes no image (when changing the angle).
