Pre-repair Inspection:After receiving the customer's probe, disinfection, cleaning, and photographing were performed. The first step was to check the appearance for any damage. Visual inspection of the appearance revealed obvious damage to the acoustic lens. The acoustic lens was inspected, and apart from the obvious damage, no other obvious faults were found. Pressing the acoustic lens with the thumb revealed no unevenness or bubbles. The second step was electrical performance testing. Using the equipment to perform an overall electrical performance check on the probe revealed that 7 array elements had weak performance. Considering that 7 array elements do not affect image performance, and the replacement cost is high, replacement is not recommended.

Fault Determination:Based on the test results, it is preliminarily determined that the abnormal image is caused by the damage to the acoustic lens.

Repair Process:Repair and replacement of the acoustic lens
