Long-term use has caused bending of the forceps tube, wrinkles in the light guide sheath, and aging of the internal angle wire of the insertion tube, resulting in improper angle. Angle wire detachment, rust; residual tissue protein on the surface of the insertion tube is dehydrated and adhered to the outer sheath during disinfection, accumulating over time to form crystals, causing damage to the CCD component, and water leakage in the large knob.
4. Troubleshooting
Overhaul; Replace CCD components, forceps tube, light guide, large knob, rubber; adjust the angle. After replacement, the malfunction was eliminated.
