Cleaning steps: 1. Preprocessing: Immediately after use, wipe the outer surface of the endoscope with a wet gauze, place it in a container and send it to the cleaning and disinfection room, and check whether the mirror and other parts have any leaks or damage;
2. Water wash: Thoroughly wash all parts of the endoscope with running water, and thoroughly clean each lumen with a high-pressure water gun;
3. Enzyme wash: After the endoscope is cleaned and dried, soak it in an enzyme washing tank.
4. Cleaning: Removable parts must be disassembled and cleaned, and cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10 minutes; the shaft joints, bends, and lumens of the instruments should be brushed with a soft brush. When brushing with a brush, be careful not to scratch the mirror surface.
5. Disinfection and sterilization: Select the correct disinfection method according to the endoscope Specification; (negative pressure aspirator, ultrasonic aspirator, high-pressure water gun, drying equipment, timer, etc.);

Several common fault repairs
Water leakage in the forceps tube: Mostly due to improper use of accessories such as biopsy forceps, causing damage to the biopsy tube. When the field of vision is not blurred, C-level repair
Broken guide tube bundle: Caused by frequent use and poor bending tube, C+ level repair of the light guide bundle
Broken wire tip: Caused by frequent use, C-level repair
Insufficient bending angle: The wire becomes longer after a certain period of use, D-level repair. Disassemble and shorten the wire in the corresponding direction, but the bending tube must be checked for good condition.
Water leakage in the bending rubber: Mostly caused by collisions, D-level repair, replace the special rubber
Nozzle blockage: Not cleaned, C-level repair, replace the nozzle
Many black spots or cracks in the image bundle: Caused by frequent use of fiber endoscopes, A-level repair
