Malfunction 1: B light not lit
Analysis and Repair:
(1) Check the B light socket. After confirming no abnormalities in the socket, replace it with a good bulb. The B light still does not light up.
(2) Check the A/B light switching snap-action switch (2 snap-action switches, controlling A and B lights respectively). The snap-action switches are functioning normally.
(3) Check the control lines from the A/B light switching snap-action switch to the main board's J0 interface. The result shows that one of the control lines for the B light is not connected. After removing the control line at the B light snap-action switch, the broken wire fell out of the protective outer sheath. This pinpointed the fault. After replacing it with an identical wire and reinstalling it, the machine was turned on, and the fault was resolved. The cause of the broken control line may be the high temperature when the light is on. The control line here ages and becomes brittle over time under high temperature, and the repeated folding of the wire during the A/B light switching process also contributes to the breakage.

Malfunction 2: The mirror delivers air but no water.
Analysis and Repair: (
(1) Check and replace the water/air delivery button and the mirror; the malfunction persists.
(2) Check if the water storage cup lid is tightened and if the connecting water pipe is leaking; both are normal.
(3) Open the imaging system casing and check the air pump and the air pump check valve. Disassemble and reassemble the air pump and check valve several times. It feels like the air pump pressure is insufficient or the check valve is leaking, but the problem still cannot be found.
(4) Check the hose from the check valve to the air inlet, and find that the hose is broken. Tel the manufacturer's after-sales service and request a replacement hose. After replacing it, the malfunction is resolved. This malfunction is caused by the air flow from the air pump leaking from the broken part of the hose after the air inlet of the electronic gastrointestinal endoscope is inserted. After the leakage, the pressure becomes lower, and the air pressure is not enough to push the water into the endoscope, resulting in the malfunction of air delivery without water delivery. This malfunction is not easy to notice.

Malfunction 3: Slightly reddish image.
Analysis and Repair:
(1) Adjust the contrast and brightness of the display (according to the parameters of another imaging system display of the same Model).
The image is somewhat improved, but the operating doctor still feels it is not as good as before.
(2) Adjust the white balance (WHITE BAL). The doctor often adjusts this themselves, but when the white balance button is pressed, the image does not change at all. At this point, it is suspected that the button is malfunctioning.
(3) Open the imaging system casing and check the connection between the panel button and the main board. The wire is intact, but the locking strip on the main board J5 interface that locks the wire is uneven. After re-plugging the wire and pressing down the locking strip, turn on the machine and readjust the white balance. The malfunction is resolved. The cause of the malfunction is that the white balance button wire on the key panel is not well connected to the main board interface, causing the white balance button to malfunction.
