I. Fault Description:
1. The CW of the diagnostic instrument can only be used under cardiac conditions, and there is no CW function under other conditions, so the CW board may be damaged.
2. When the fault occurs, the CW working voltage measured by the attached power supply box drops significantly, indicating that the fault may be related to the attached power supply box.
3. This fault may also be caused by the loss of CW signal triggering and communication functions.
4. The cardiac probe (phased array probe) consists of PW and CW, and the cardiac probe may be damaged.
5. Software system damage, resulting in the lack of CW function.
II. Repair Plan:
After replacing the attached power supply box and related circuit boards without effect, the cardiac probe was replaced, and no crash occurred, and the problem was solved. The cause of the fault was that the cardiac probe was damaged, causing abnormal power supply to part of the equipment circuit.
