Pre-repair Processing:
After receiving the customer's probe, it was disinfected, cleaned, and photographed.
Fault Detection:
First, the appearance was checked, and no obvious damage was found;Second, electrical performance testing was conducted. The probe was subjected to a overall capacitance check using equipment. Inconsistent capacitance of the array elements was found, with most being weak. The power supply was checked for grounding and short circuits. This indicated that the damage to the acoustic head crystal caused the dark streaks in the image after powering on;
Repair Process:The probe's acoustic head was replaced. After powering on and testing, the malfunction was eliminated.
