1. Fault Phenomenon:
After the machine is powered on, the monitor displays intermittently and then goes black, repeating this cycle every 3 seconds or so, and emits a buzzing sound. However, the workstation displays normally.
2. Fault Analysis and Causes:
Based on the fault phenomenon, it can be determined that the problem lies with the monitor itself. Replacing the monitor with another one confirmed this, as it displayed normally. After disassembling the monitor, inspection revealed a faulty filter capacitor in the power input and rectifier circuit. Replacing the capacitor with one of the same specifications and retesting resulted in normal display.

Replaced the capacitor with one of the same specifications, and the machine displays normally.
